1

Inquiry & Consultation

You tell us your needs (type of olive oil, bottle size, quantity, destination). Our team responds within 24 hours with a tailored proposal and sample options.

2

Harvest & Cold Extraction

We hand-pick olives at peak ripeness and cold-press them within 6 hours (<27°C) to preserve polyphenols and aroma. Our mill produces extra virgin olive oil with acidity ≤0.5%.

3

Quality Testing & Bottling

Each batch is tested by independent labs (Intertek, LCA) for chemical and sensory parameters. Oil is stored in stainless steel tanks under nitrogen, then bottled in dark glass or tins.

4

Order Confirmation & Proforma Invoice

We issue a Proforma Invoice detailing price, volume, packaging, delivery terms (FOB, CIF, etc.), and payment terms (LC, advance wire). A Sales Agreement is signed.

5

Shipping & Logistics

We arrange temperature‑controlled containers and work with freight forwarders for sea or air shipping. You receive full documentation (Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Analysis, Health Certificate).

6

Delivery & Payment Release

Upon arrival at destination port and buyer’s acceptance (or inspection), the bank releases funds to us. Your EXTRAOLIVO oil is ready for your customers.
